I read this article and it was really, really good! There needs to be more truth in fiction!
I also read the excerpt from My Father, My Son and plan to buy the book.
It's refreshing to once again be amongst the land of the living! I have been following some literary people's blogs and all I found was a feeling of not belonging.
A dear friend knows the frustration I have of late been experiencing and emailed me just today to let me know not to count on the ways of the world to fulfill my writing destiny.
The scripture that comes immediately to my mind is, Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now made perfect by the flesh? Galatians 3:3 (I looked it up)
I believe that stumbling upon Spirit-Led Magazine is a gift from the Father Himself, and to have your article the first that I read in there simply amazing!
I look forward to reading at least some of the archives in here and feeding both my spirit and my vision as I learn and grow in the grace and the knowledge of God!

I surely do believe that. And I also want my writing to do various things--be entertaining, be well-crafted, tell truths through story, speak to the reader to some matter in their lives.
I don't want to be preachy. I want to be genuine and speak truth, though.
